  • Minor updates (contact info, addresses, typographical corrections)

  • Monitoring for Michigan law changes
  • Limited email Q&A (up to 2 email threads per month)

Family Protection Plan — $29/month

Ideal for families, parents, or anyone whose life circumstances change more frequently.

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

  • Updates to your Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive as life changes occur
  • Priority scheduling
  • Unlimited email Q&A (reasonable use)
  • Annual attorney check in (virtual)

Legacy Care Plan — $49/month

Designed for trust based plans, complex estates, or clients who want proactive, comprehensive support.

Includes everything in Family Protection, plus:

  • Trust amendments (up to 3 times per year)
  • Annual asset alignment check
  • Proactive planning alerts
  • Highest discounts on additional legal work

If work is needed outside the scope of your membership, members receive reduced hourly rates:

  • Essential: 10% discount – $360/hour
